Pramanta

Pramanta, as is customary to say, renowned craftsmen with many farming families, the most populous community of Western Tzoumerka with 1500 inhabitants in the 1991 census.

Located 65 km. NA of Ioannina and 70 km. NE of Arta, cities with which have daily road transport and communication, as in each one of them living more than five hundred families from Pramanta.

The settlement, built at an altitude of 840m. amphitheater at the foot of Strogoula (2107 m), perhaps the most majestic peak of Tzoumerka, is surrounded by settlements and Tsopela and Christ who is the ancestral birthplace of Pramanta people on the banks of Arachthos.
